7.0 Products & Services
7.1 ALL phones unlock codes currently take approximately few minutes TO 48 HOURS max to process BUT PLEASE ALLOW US UPTO 5 WORKING DAYS IN CASE OF ANY DELAYS.

7.3 NOKIA: 'CANNOT UNDO RESTRICTION' or 'NOT ALLOWED' MESSAGES

    In a small number (around 2%) of orders received for Nokia Unlock Codes, there exist some handsets which are in a state of 'cannot undo restriction' or 'not allowed'. This state means that someone has already attempted to unlock the handset using 5 incorrect codes or the handset cannot be unlocked using unlock codes alone. Instead, the handset must be unlocked using specialist cable and software. It is not possible to tell if a handset is in this state until you attempt to unlock it by code. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds to customers who receive either of these messages when attempting to unlock their handset using our codes.

7.4 UK SPECIFIC TERMS

If a handset is reported lost or stolen (or abused), it may well be 'Blacklisted' (also known as 'Blocked' or 'Barred'), preventing it from ever being used again in the UK on any of the major networks. It is not possible to find out if a 'Sim Locked' or 'SP Locked' handset has been 'Blacklisted' from any particular network or all major networks without first performing the 'unlock' procedure using our services. Therefore, if we undertake an unlock and you find out the phone is in fact logged as stolen or abused, we cannot then refund your payment. We will undertake the job you request but cannot legally make a 'blacklisted' handset work again.

7.5CHANGING IMEI NUMBERS

Magic Unlock does not change IMEI numbers, do not ask, this is illegal.

You know that Almost GSM Phones don't support CDMA Networks & Almost CDMA phones don't support GSM Networks. If you have CDMA Phone & You want to GSM Network Simcard, If You Have GSM Phone & You want to Use CDMA Network SImcard, Please DO not Use our website, We will not refund your order & we will ignore all email who will send us claiming codes not working, It's showing Invalid Simcard or this type of issue even with video proof.Also We Don't Unlock Any CDMA Phone, So Don't Place an Order any CDMA phones.                                              8.0 Refund Policy :
8.01 We will give you a full money refund immediately if the unlock code for your mobile phone is not available.


8.02 We will give you a full money refund if the unlock code we sent you is incorrect and hence you were unable to unlock your phone. This is a very rare case. Due to scammers we will only issue a refund upon receiving video evidence of the unlock attempt. In-case the unlock code we send you does not work, you will need to send us a clear video of the unlock attempt. 


8.03 Unlock codes issued by us, for phones that turn out to be barred, blacklisted or subject to an insurance claim, are not eligible for refunds. A barred phone refers to a stolen mobile phone or a mobile phone that was reported ‘lost’ by the owner.


8.04 If your phone does not support 3g network then it will NOT work with 3g network like 3 uk and many others. So no refund as our code will unlock your phone BUT will NOT add any 3g support.

8.05  If you get Following message ( the slot is permanantly locked or The Phone is not personalised ), Please do not Place an order, we will not refund your order, we will ignore all email who will send us claiming codes not working or this type of issue even with video proof.

8.06 To unlock almost SHARP & LG phones, You Must have the original carrier SIMCARD. If you don't have the original carrier simcard, We will not refund your order & we will ignore all email who will send us claiming codes not working or this type of issue even with video proof.

 
9.0 Agreement -- By using our site or our service, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions in full.

10.01 If you give us the WRONG IMEI or The Phone is already unlocked, we can't refund your money


11.02 Any complaint regarding non-working code shall be considered basing on a video proof sent by the Service User (recorded with camera, mobile phone, etc.), which will clearly show: 

- the IMEI number - this should be done with the use of the keyboard by typing the key combination *#06#. 
- the moment of typing the unlock code and a possible error message.
As soon as it is done, the film should be uploaded on YouTube 


12.12 If you already used all  attempts with wrong codes and now have 0 tries left then don’t buy this service.


13.00 100% moneyback if your code cannot be found and refund within 3-5 days.

14.00 We will not refund your credits, If you pay Through Bank Transfer or Moneygram. But you can use the credits for another unlocking . That's means we will upload the credits to you account and you can use the credis any time any moment ( Never Experied )
